I need help with my account. I don't know what happened, but it's like everything got messed up. I lost a lot of conversations, and my profile picture disappeared. Any idea what might have happened and how to fix it to get everything back?
 
I can see that that happened, but I have no idea how or why.

I don't see any way to undo it, but I will see what I can find!

Thank you, last night I was chatting with a friend and today when I logged on (shortly before asking for help) I ran into this. I lost many conversations, my profile picture was deleted. It's strange because, as I said, last night everything was perfect.
