A pic that's a favourite of ours.
Her soft feet secured in the stocks. A selection of tickle tools. So many possibilities.

A feather slowly pulled between her toes.
Or the brush on her soles that has her begging you to stop.

The string. First dragged up and down the sole, then woven between the toes and snaked back and forth, then finally used to restrain the toes for the other tools.
 
I choose my fingers because I want to feel her nerves dancing as I glide my fingers all over her soles

Beautifully put. Fingers raking at the base of her toes really does it.
 
My choice is all of the above.

I'd start with the wide, fluffy plumes on the right, slowly dragging them up and down her soles as a warm-up and test of her general ticklishness.

Next would be the shorter feathers in the middle. I'd swirl them around on her arches and stroke them around the base of her toes. Then I'd take the longest feathers and stick them between two toes and slowly draw them out, one after another, again and again.

Then it take the string and floss it in between her toes for a bit before using it to tie her large toes back. Then I'd use the scratcher, focusing it on all of the sensitive places that had responded well to the feathers. Finally, I'd apply a heavy coat of oil and use the brush until she was pleading for mercy.

Gotta go with the brush. It usually gets the strongest reaction which is what I like about tickling.

would start with my nails on her nyloned feet, because I love the feeling of ticklish nylon feet under my fingers
 
I think I would use my tongue on her soles and toes
 
Uberlube and the brush. Uberlube is way more effective than oil and much less messy.
 
lick beween each of the toes right and left up down soft arches use ice cream and toppings chocalte syrup lol ha.
 
The stiffest feather in the bunch, slowly stroked up and down those soft, exposed arches.
