Do you think being ticklish and love tickling others is inherited or something you learn.
 
I do not believe that being ticklish is something that can be learned, but I do believe that developing a fetish is something that is learned. Some of us acquire a tickling lust much earlier than others, but I'm not sure it's something you're born with.
