this is kinda for people who go to a gym but if you could pick a machine to tie up somebody to and tickle torture them what machine would it be ?
 
A fantastic question I think. There's a hamstring curl machine at my gym, one that you sit upright and one that you ly on your stomach. In any event it would be fun to tie ter ankles so she can't pull out her feet and put enough weight on it that she couldn't lift her legs and give her arches a great workout. Also tie her wrists to the lat bar and tickle her pits so she has to raise the weights to stop it. Be a great motivater for me as well. :devil2: Possablilities are endless.. lol
 
haha yea i know what machine your talking about , we have a Nautlis one and i use it and i cant get my feet out of that thing for the life of me , plus the weight stack goes up to 300lbs so if you put it on the stack , you wont need any rope
 
Thats the one. Lucky they aren't allowed to train barefoot.. If I ever open up a gym there will be ticklrobics for sure.. :tickle:
 
I like the one that you lay on your tummy and curl your legs to tighten your butt! that way the under arms are reachable and the soles are facing the sky 🙂

I like that one too!

I also like the one where you sit and put your arms out to the side and pull them in! If you put enough weight on that you'd have a real good position to get the armpits!

lol you know in Arnold's day people did train barefoot
 
the one of course where you're sitting upright and you must reach far up for the handles or bar I can't remember which one thats for, shoulders maybe? but anyways put a ton of weight on it and tie their arms to the handles and you've got a VERY vulnerable lee :firedevil
 
I just got back from the gym and thanks to you my workout was twice as long! 😀 Every time I used a piece of equiptment, I started to fantasize about being bound to it. I came up with some great scenarios. My most enjoyable day at the gym ever!
 
Very nice question. I think I would be best tied onto the crossover machines. Then you have pretty much free range on the entire body, except the bottoms of the feet.

Also the seated pulley tricep extention machine at my gym would work wonderfully.

there is a machine at my gym its bassically a plate loading lat pulldown machine *free weight no cable*

that would be fun lol
