i was watching hey arnold a couple days ago with my little sis and there was this part where arnold was getting up a ladder to grab something, while this red-headed girl reached up and tickled his tummy for a good 5 seconds, he didnt laugh, but it was still a pretty good scene, after he got down he asked what she was doing, as she replied, "I'm ever so certain i'm tickling your tummy." 😉
