I was watching Hey Arnold a few days ago, and there was a scene where Helga is trying to get that pigtailed girl jealous of her and arnold. So she is letting arnold tickle her foot for a few seconds on a bus............Anyone ever see this, or have clip?

It was actually a plot to make this girl Lila jealous. Arnold was giving her a foot massage. She had a dull, sarcastic reaction.
