This is possibly the wrong place for this thread...
BUT

How do i add a picture to my profile without it being a link to the internet?
I have some saved on the computer and couldnt' figure out how to add em!

You don't.
You have to find a host to upload it to and link to it.
Photobucket works pretty good.

Why is that so popular with forums these days? What's wrong with uploading from your computer? It's a heck of a lot easier than going through all of that.

Is it just a popularity thing or to reduce the risk of viruses and such getting in to the forum/site?
