First, how to get into vids, im not really sure but if ya find out let me know. Id say ya might want to thik about doing your own vids that to me seems easiest.

Now, how to ask girls the dreaded question. OK well a lot of us have had to deal with this. I have observed that the less like a fetish u make it sound and the more fun the less stress it is. Its not like your asking them to let u tie them up and whip them. Basicly if there a girl that ur comfortable with and on a phisical basis with. Tickle her, see how she reacts. I found that most girls are into it, they like the fun of it. Now if you need to find a way to bring it up, make it funny, almost a joke. Wait till the opertunity arrises. Maybe she makes a crack about you or pics on your about something. then poke her gently in the side or better yet, find a day when shes stressed or tired and offer to give her a foot massage. It dose at least open up the door. there are a lot of ways to get the ball rolling, if u tell me the situation I might be able to offer better advice.
