Nice find. She was actually also one of the celebs who answered the question on Twitter a little while ago. I think she said her feet were 5 on the 'ticklishness scale', but about 10 for 'sensitivity'.

No, she was promoting Fosters Gold beer in the UK i think. She is an actress who used to be in aussie soap Neighbours, then was a pop star and is now on UK Strictly Come Dancing show.
