They are syndicating Honey I shrunk the kids again. There was a cute episode where dad invented a ring that gave increased intelligence.

The wife took it and became evil. The son had to wrestle the ring away from her and did it by tickling her under her outstretched arm. Mom went crazy, running and laughing and saying "No fair tickling."
