Hoping to find an interesting pen pal

Hey there, I'm a 20/m engineering student. I am mostly a lee (95%), but I think it would be fun to return the favor every now and then. I'm incredibly inexperienced (never actually been tickled on purpose), and was hoping to find an interesting female tickler (or multiple). I happen to know my sides are incredibly ticklish and my neck, but that is the extent of my knowledge.
