Its kind of a comedy from a german show. the woman tickled is a serious talk master. and the one tickling is a comedian...its not real....😀

It's from kind of a clip show where the comedian (the one doing the tickling) takes pieces from real shows and messes with them. In this case, he found an announcement from a normal show and added himself to the mix. So no, it's not real. She's laughing because of her announcement. Apparently some porn from unsuspecting people turned up in some videostore. She sais something like "if you want to know what your neighbours are doing in their bedroom, you can either peek through their keyhole or go to your local videostore..."
