These particular images are from the site NorCal feet, which ironically operates out of Southern California I believe, as Heather is from the OC. She, along with her cousin Roxi, would often attend the Elegantbarefeet foot parties in Los Angeles, but I don't believe they do anymore. If so, I think it's just Heather that does, but on a rare occasion.
