To the fellow foot lovers on here, if you had to guess just simply based on where she seems to be at, what she likely seems to have been doing, etc., do you think the bottoms of her feet at that particular moment in the image would at that time likely smell good/have a lotion scent to them, or like feet?

Looks like she's a waitress in the middle of a shift, so I'm guessing her feet are sweaty. Generally, sweaty feet = smelly feet. Cute girl.
