At his office, Mr. Darke gets a call from Dr. Jen Slapnot with the results of his recent medical tests on his hands. She gives him the bad news that he has the very rare “slow finger arthritis syndrome”, which if left untreated could lead to loss of his hands. She tells him that he can fix the problem by having his assistant (Indica) remove her shoes and give her feet to him so he can therapeutically tickle her. Overhearing this, Indica doesn't want to be involved. But Darke tells her that it's her job and makes her feel guilty about not helping with his medical condition. So she surrenders her feet to him for prolonged tickling.
