I described this position in several stories: the "Lotos-Seat". All Yoga lovers know what I'm talking about; for the others:
Well, how to use this position for tickling? My former wife used to practise Yoga daily, and we experimented:
As preparation, you wind a not too thin rope around each biceps in several rings. Next you fix soft leather cuffs to each single wrist and ankle. If you haven't got cuffs, just take more ropes, but better use them over a layer of soft fabric (e.g. small towel). Make sure you don't pull the ropes too tight, or you'll hamper blood circulation.
Only then, the "victim" assumes the Lotos position, not before. Next you connect the wrist restraints with the biceps ropes on the same side of the body, and bind the ankle restraints together. Leave enough room to move a little to avoid cramps, and use a soft support for the back (i.e. sofa) to avoid falling backwards.
Now the victim is completely helpless, and you can tickle the feet as well as the upper body. The tickler's best position is behind the victim.
You can lay down the victim on the back (gently please!), the feet remain at a 90 degree angle to the body. That way, the tickler has every opportunity for sexual stimulation as well. 😎
Attention: Yoga beginners can't hold this position for very long, the feet tend to get numb quite soon. In that case, untie the legs immediately.
Just try it with your tickle partner! Maybe it's even a good idea for video producers... 😉
