Hotie tickled in (I guess) Polish show

I was searching videos under the name "łaskotanie" which means tickling on Polish (since I've seen pretty much "Kitzeln" "Cosquilas" Cocegas" "Solletico" and "Chatouille" videos I decided to try something new), when I've found this.

I can't hear the tone though, so I'm not sure is it Polish show or it is just posted on Polish site...
But anyway, she's a hotie:

Actually now I'm pretty sure it is from Italian show, I remember the clip when the blond girl (forgot her name) got tickled in the same way by same pink feather in Italian show (by two guys if I remember correctly), also that guy looks familiar to me and I'm not sure, but I think I saw the girl too somewhere before.

If it is from the same show than they changed the studio.

But, I'm 99% sure it is Italian.
