How can you make ticklish spots more sensitive?

My boyfriend is really ticklish but sometimes be can handle plain tickling. Are there any tips you have to make an area more sensitive? Lotions? Fabrics over the area?
Or just different techniques.

Increasing helplessness with straps depending on your Lee.
For thé upper body Johnsons baby body wash (bronze bottle) and baby lotion for dry skin, the night before. Moments before the session Baby powder on the areas you will be tickling except the feet.
A pedicure with good foot cream min 2days before. Every night apply alot of foot cream with socks to bed.
Also my Lee is even more ticklish every where after an orgasm and if I rub the end of the penis it drives him insane!

Yea, this is definitely true... and downright cruel! I have to yell "Red" to get my girlfriend to stop after she's done pleasuring me!

Otherwise, great tips above... Moisturize the skin to make it soft in the days before a session, and keep the area clean, warm & dry beforehand...
