How common are women wearing nylons where you live?

The reason I ask is that many people here love nylons and especially for tickling. I live in a warm climate in the western US, and I rarely see women in nylons, even in a professional setting. If I liked nylons, I’d be SOL.

My wife is a midwestern US transplant and she said she wore nylons to work every day, but that would have been in the 2000s. She never wears nylons now; I don’t even think she owns a pair.

My wife and I were visiting friends a few years ago in Barcelona. It was winter and pretty much every one of the females I’d see were wearing skirts and nylons/tights. Our friend joked that you could pick out an American woman there easily because they all wear jeans.

It's pretty much a common thing here in Serbia.
Ordinary, every day women are beautiful. They predominantly have excellent feet(in my experience), and they wear nylons with everything. From classic converse all-stars(something that I find very sexy for some reason) to pumps, any type of casual or dress shoes, ballet flats, boots...you name it.
