This one in non-tickling situation, but it will be mention...so I couldn't send it to "non-tickling story". Please forgive me, and enjoy the story.
David was sitting in the back of car wondering how his life will be now that he can use his power as a genie. In his mind he wanted to ask the officers something, but he was too nervous to even ask. So he stayed quiet for a long time, until they arrived to the Police Station. The Officer took David out and they went inside. Later, David was in small room sitting by the table. David was waiting for some time, until a woman entered and sat on the opposite side of the table.
Female Officer: Good evening.
David: Hello.
Female Officer: I was informed that you have changed to a new thing…a genie and a cat, correct?
David: (looks at his tail) Y-yeah. That’s right.
Female Officer: Explain how it happened.
David took a deep breath and explain the day where we was on a stroll in the woods to how he and Joe’s daughter was having fun.
Female Officer: I see. So you now posses something called a lamp after helping a little girl?
David: That’s right. And I’m not lying either.
Female Officer: It’s all right. I believe you. So tell me, what are you planing on doing with your power now that you have it?
David: Well, I vowed never to use for bad thing even if I was forced to do it.
Female Officer: (Starts writing some notes) Ok…what are you planing on doing if someone you don’t trust discovered your power?
David: Good question. If someone I don’t trust knows about it, and tries to take the advantage of it, I’ll just ignore it.
Female Officer:
As hours gone by the Officer kept asking questions and David manage to answer all of it, until…
David: (Sighs) It’s like an interview…
Female Officer: I have two more questions I wanna ask, then it’ll be over.
David: Ok.
Female Officer: When Joe call, along the way, I overheard some people saying that you were tickling girls feet, just to help make then feel better.
David: That’s true. I did. As I first did it, they started asking me to do to their daughters, and as I recall each one I tickled were at the age 10 to 20.
Female Officer: (Wrote some notes) Hmm well if I was feeling blue, and that I’m above 20, would you tickle my feet?
David: (surprised to hear that as he hesitated to answer) W-well that depends.
Female Officer: (Took off her boots and socks, then placed her feet on the table) Well I’m 30 years old and lately I’ve been working for some time without breaks, and I’m now in stress and it makes me feel blue. So I was wonder if you can help me.
Usually David would accept the offer, but for some strange reason, not only that he did say anything, his hand starts twitching, telling him to say yes. In his mind he was beginning to wonder if it’s was a test to see if he would do it. It didn’t take long for the Officer to notice his reaction.
Female Officer: Is something wrong?
David: (snapped out of it) Y-yes. I’m ok. (In his mind) That’s something I didn’t expect.
Female Officer: (looks at her notes) From the result, you you’re a foot fetish, and I must say, it’s quite rare for someone to be one.
David: Is that bad?
Female Officer: From where we live, it’s not really bad. In fact I think it’s good. Although…
David: What? What is it?
Female Officer: Since you’ve change to something else. I have a trial for you, which can be impossible for you.
David: A trial?
Female Officer: (Nods) For your trial, you are forbidden to tickle anyone’s feet for a week. Not even if the little girls are feeling blue. And also you are forbidden to use your magic what so ever.
David: What!? But that’s hard not to tickle.
Female Officer: I know.
David: (Sighs) Guess the only way I can gain trust is if I do it, right?
Female Officer: Correct. Well you accept?
David: I accept. I won’t tickle any girl feet for a week.
Female Officer: Good. You’re free to go.
David: Thank you. (Gave the Female Officer a handshake)
The next day after the trial has begun, David decided to go to the forest to help make his trial easier for him. As he arrived he sat down by the tree to take a snooze. But as he was about to, Jennifer appeared and gave him a hug.
David: Hi Jennifer. What are you doing here?
Jennifer: I saw you heading to the forest and I decided to see if you’re ok.
David: (Nods) I’m ok. Thanks for worrying about me.
Jennifer: You’re welcome. (Giggles) Also, I came to see if you want to play with me.
David: Sure. What do wanna do?
Jennifer: I was hoping if you could tickle my feet for a while.
David: Oh…. (Feeling sad)
Jennifer: Was it something I said?
David: N-no. it’s not that. It’s that I want to tickle your feet since you asked, but the Officer forbid me to do it for one week.
Jennifer: Why?
David: Because I’m now a half genie, half cat.
Jennifer: But that’s not fair. Even if you’re different then everyone else, they shouldn’t force you to stop doing it.
David: You may be right, but what can I do? Now that the trail began, if I do it before it’s over, I’ll be banned.
Jennifer: Well if you have to be banned for doing that, then I have no reason to stay. I’ll be banned with you.
David: Don’t say that! What would you’re father say?
Jennifer: But David. You’re a good Genikit and I see no reason for you to be prevented to do what you like and need.
David: But still I gave them my word. And I can break them. (noticed somwthing) Hold on. What did you call me?
Jennifer: David.
David: No, the other one.
Jennifer: Genikit, why?
David: (Realized it) That’s it! That’s I’ll be called from now one. Genikit! Thanks Jennifer.
Jennifer: You’re welcome…I think.
Days had passed since David had accepted the trial. He stood strong most of the time and whenever he almost lost control of himself, he quickly remembered his promise and quickly headed back to the forest. Later that day, he headed to the lake and placed his feet in the water to relax. It didn’t take long for him to notice that the Officer is now watching him.
David: You can come out, Ms. Officer. I can see you.
Female Officer: (In her mind) He’s good. (Comes out of hiding and sat next to David)
They sat down for a while without saying anything. David couldn’t think of what to say…since he’d never spoken to any officer, not even if an officer is a female. Soon the Officer spoke.
Female Officer: Nice day isn’t it?
David: Uh…yeah. Indeed it is.
Female Officer: (Took off her boots and socks then placed them in the water) By the way, My name is Daisy.
David: Daisy huh? Nice name.
Daisy: Thanks. So how’s the trial going?
David: It’s going good. I haven’t tickled anyone yet.
Daisy: Well done.
David: Thanks. By the way, I thought of a nickname for myself.
Daisy: Oh? And what’s that?
David: Genikit.
Daisy: Genikit? Sounds…interesting.
David: I know…It’s weird.
Daisy: Oh no. No, it’s ok, really.
David: Ok then.
Jennifer: (Called out) Genikit!
David: (Turned around) Huh? (Saw Jennifer) Oh, hi there!
By the time Daisy saw Jennifer, she smiled and got up, then left. David didn’t noticed Daisy leaving until he looked at the water. He looked around, but was unable to see her. Jennifer soon sat next to him, but didn’t take her shoes off.
Jennifer: So how are you today?
David: (Looked at Jennifer) Oh it’s going good. Just relaxing by the water. How about you?
Jennifer: I’m doing ok myself. Just came to see if you’re doing ok…. (feeling sad) also, I missed your tickling my feet.
David: I missed tickling your feet, too, but don’t worry, things will turn out once my trial is over. I just have to be patient. That’s all.
Jennifer: I guess you’re right.
David and Jennifer smiled at each other, and continued chatting, but then some strange happen when David suddenly heard someone saying his name. David looked around to see who’s calling, but he could see no one. Jennifer began to wonder.
Jennifer: What’s wrong, Genikit?
David: Huh? Oh, it’s nothing. I’ll be going to the forest right now, be right back.
Jennifer: Ok. I’ll wait here.
So David headed to the forest to be along for while, when the coast was clear, he looked around again to see if someone was calling. As he called out, a familiar woman appeared in front of him, and startled him.
David: Laura! It’s you.
Laura: Good to see you again, Genikit. How are you today?
David: I’m fine, thanks. But how did you know my nickname?
Laura: I’ve been watching everything of what’s going on since we met. The day you were taken by the officers, the questioned she asked, and for how much you struggled to keep your promise.
David: Wow! You’re really special.
Laura: Thank you. Now then, I have a question to ask you.
David: Go ahead.
Laura: About your friend, Jennifer, isn’t she’s Joe’s daughter?
David: Yes she is. Why’d you asked?
Laura: Because I need you to do me a favor.
David: A favor?
Laura: Yes. Once your trial is over, and you’re free to do what you like, I’d like to meet her.
David: That’s new. How come?
Laura: For some funny reason, I think she’s someone I can trust.
David: Well…ok. I’ll do that once the trial is over. Good thing I have until tomorrow at sunset.
Laura: Thank you. Now then, go and see your friend.
David: I will. See you again.
David soon headed back to the lake after Laura disappeared. By the time he arrived, he say her father sitting by her. David was still upset after what Joe did to him, so he decided to go to the gate at the end of the town. He stood by gate as he arrived and watched sunset. He was happy, yet sad at the same time.
David: Just one more…I hope I can last until then…but…
David grew sadder as he soon fell to his knee, and he shed a tear. He wanted to stay strong, but because he keeps on doubting himself, he was unable to keep himself from crying. Later when night came, he headed back to the forest and sat to the point where he met Laura and soon fell asleep.
