How did you scratch your tickling itch?

I'm sure this is not new,but i was wondering.Before the internet,the TMF etc,how did you scratch your tickling itch?I'm not talking about the casual tickle here and there,but rather something on a regular or semiregular basis.

I know some here have been lucky enough to have a s/o for a long period of time who shared our intrest.Speaking for myself,i didnt even find any tickling magazines until the mid 80's.Before that it was a few letters here and there in Penthouse,sometimes Playboy,but i always had doubts about how legit the letters were.

I found it even harder to find any videos,and a limited selection at best when i did see them in the bookstores.Any stories from the *early days* so to speak would be intresting to hear if anybody wants to chime in.

It was very difficult in the old days to find any tickling materials (photos or stories) at all. By the mid-1970's the House of Milan family of magazines (Hogtied, Bound to Please, and Knotty) would sometimes have a tickling theme in one of the pictorials with a story in each magazine. Those were the bad old days.

Before the Internet? Not sure what you mean. I do remember things called bulletin boards but never met anyone there. Then there was gopherspace, that was a great place to see others were interested in Tickling. However, it wasn't until the web that I was able to find ladies, mostly pro-dommes, to tickle me.

i reached over and tickled the girl i was with!
this is funny, really. back in the stone age (before computers) we had to be real people, and socially interact with other real people.. in person! now don't faint, i know for a large number of you that is frightening, but it was quite common, and practiced daily! turely!
well, you see there was this thing called a "date", and a guy would take a girl out and dance, or movies, or dinner, also combinations of them.
well during the time together on these "dates", there were many times when a guy, or girl, could take advantage of an exposed side, or foot, and sneak in a tickle. it was great fun. then if the relationship grew, the tickling became more prevelent. and it was even more fun!
so go out there kiddies, and experiment, have some fun with a warm breathing person! but be carefull, you may just have fun!

Let's see:

Until I was in high school I had to try to watch every possible show on television (not too hard with 4 channels) to catch ANY tickling possible! Oh the joy when you say Carol Burnett tickle Harvey Korman's foot with a feather while he is wearing a cast!

Then in high school I discovered that a lot of the girls were ticklish! LOL! And most didn't mind a quick poke or tickle attack. The I learned that when you are in the drama club you are in tight spaces with a bunch of over active, hyper ticklish girls! Oh the joy of production parties!!!!

Also in high school I found Variations Magazine and three stories and three "true" letters! LOL! That led to my discovery of tickling videos and magazines in college, including Tied & Tickled and the entire HOM line of products! Cal-Star is the name I remember the most but their were other video companies that put out very back tickling movies in the late 80's.

In college I worked at the television station and since I had access to the equipment I would copy all the tickling scenes only on to one tape. That included any mainstream I found like the time on USA Up All Night Gilbert Godrey had a woman in the zig-zag box and tickled her belly through three breaks!!!!! I tossed that tape during a purge right around graduation time...pity.

During the dry times I had female friends who were ticklish, and college kids seem so oepn to anything that there was never a though of "Sexual harrassment". And it wasn't sexual as far as I was converneed...just "scratching that itch" as you say.

After college it was few and far between. The occasional friendly tickle and tht was it. Then I met my future wife and I have had all the tickling I would like since then. She isn't "into it" but she does indulge me so I get what I need I do believe!

I never had any lack of tickling growing up. I was constantly tickled by older sisters, girls at school, even certain teachers. Adolescence was a dry time for me, though. My first job as an adult was at a woman's clothing store, where a lot of girls worked. There was one girl named Denise who would stand security next to the water fountain. Whenever she was there, I'd suddenly get "thirsty." wink wink. She'd poke and tickle me as I was hunched over, pretending to drink the water.

In the military, at the ages of 20-23, I was stationed in the far east. Okinawa and Korea. I used to go to these steam bath places that offered massage as well as other "services," if you catch my drift. Wink wink...nudge nudge...eh? Yanno? It wasn't difficult at all to talk the massage "therapists" into tickling me. Most of them delighted in doing so, once given a green light.

I got out of the Army in 1980 and began working in Corporate America. I often worked late hours. I developed a rather remarkable knack for getting women, both single and married, to tickle me. The trick was to keep it platonic and to not infer any further intimate connotations from it. I'd simply let it be known that I enjoyed being tickled, and left it at that. Throughout my single adult life, I always had female friends who would frequently tickle me. I got married in the mid-nineties, shortly after which the internet came along.

For me...there were magazines like LEG SHOW, and in some adult stores, there were a few 'specialty' magazines aimed at tickling/feet. That helped during 'dry spells'...LOL....

...but in more one on one instances, there were a good number of my female friends who rather enjoyed it when I'd tickle their feet, and they LOVED tickling mine (none of them ever knew a guy who liked to be tickled). Whenever the itch became more pressing, I'd call; or GET a call from one of those female friends to hang out....sometime during that time spent, that's when the tickle games would begin.

I've said it a few times already....I was quite lucky....really.

I'm glad at least some of you had better luck then i ever did sigh...I never had a g/f that had any intrest in being tickled,and indeed they were all against the idea and were not shy about saying so.Well,i need to make up for lost time as best i can i guess. 😀

Aside from crusing the internet for clips, vids and pics, I've never had much luck aside from a handful of playful tickles between friends, which were so brief and uneventful they are not worth mentioning. I've always been too timid to really bring the subject up in public with others; quite odd actually since I'm very outgoing otherwise.

Ehh, one of these days.....
