I don't think a person is born with a fetish. Like most things, I think it depends on things that we experience and that stay with us as we get older.

My tickling interest started very gradually, over a period of years. I first read about tickling as the "New sex fetish" in a magazine called Penthouse Forum Letters, in the mid 80s, when I was in my mid teens. Personally, I'd always assumed I was the only one (!) with my particular leanings until I happened to do a Yahoo (no Google in those days!) search for "feet" on the 1994 World Wide Web.
