how do i buy and set up a server for free tickling media hosting?

i was really interested in buying a top-of-the-line server for free hosting of tickling media. since there is such a huge problem about hosting i figured i could hook up a server so everyone can put their media on the tmf. if anyone is saavy about servers and such, please tell me what i must do. if i can pull this off this could be my sole (no pun intended) contribution to the tmf, and everyone can give me mad props, lol. 😛

btw, money is not a problem.
