More seriously? Just tell her it's a fantasy of yours. If she seems uncertain about it, try mixing in a bit of another fantasy of yours/hers into it, if possible; a roleplay, or add in some other light/heavy sensation play as well as the tickling. You can always wean her off of all that other stuff and get to "the good part" later.
But more often than not she oughtta be cool with it.

I find this thread funny because my husbands co-workers have asked him "How do you get your wife to do this that and the other thing?" The funny word there is GET. If she knows you really like it and is into making you happy you dont have to GET her to do anything she'll just do it. So let her know thats what you want. Altho one way my husband would GET me to do something is to offer it in a challenge type of form. Like maybe after or during a session when you have tied and tickled her say "I bet I could take being tied up and tickled better than you can you big baby!" But thats just me.
