Good for the Rangers. I think it's awesome. It's also particularly sweet with who they beat to get to the WS. It just goes to show that $200 million payrolls don't necessarially buy championships. The Yankees are why baseball needs a salary cap, badly. $100 million per team, no exceptions.

5 minutes after game was over some of my family went to Academy Sports to get AL Champion Shirts and a small line of people was already there. About ten minutes later they said over 500 people had show up and when they left they guessed over a thousand people were in line.
