well from the lee POV-

My Owner has done it both ways- naked and starting fully clothed... doesnt much matter to me except clothing offers me brief minimal protection 🙂

I agree, either clothed for me or at least a tank top with panties if I'm being tickled by someone that I'm not in a relationship with. I don't get naked just for the hell of it lol! Unless lots of alcohol is involved

But being that tickling can be very sexual for me, I'd only want to be totally naked with someone that it would be natural to have sexual activities with.

Ok, this is related to clothing, how do you guys like your ticklee dressed before you start tickling them. I personally, like to slowly strip them myself, no nudity as such, but definitely like them in shoes and socks and maybe jeans etc and I eventually bare their feet. I think i know the answer to this already, but hey lets see how the voting goes. If you vote, also leave a comment/reply to state how you voted and why you like it like that.

this exactly! I deffinitely prefer them full clothed at the beginning so I can tickle them outside their clothes at first. Then strip them during the session and end up tickle them naked.
