How exactly do i use winrar?

Right click and check "save as" place in a folder or on the desktop. Right click any of the files and check "Extract Here" and it should create the Real Media file.
 
Make sure you have all the parts in the same folder, or it will not work. If you are still having trouble, PM me and I can walk you through it.

I put all the parts right on the desktop and it works just fine. I am able to extract the clip from there.
