I honestly am so sensitive about animals that I'll cry if I open your link. But from the title, I already know it's bad and disgusting. I feel sad that some people have so much darkness inside their hearts. 🙁

Unfortunately I couldn't open your link, paracarl44. I did read about this online not that long ago... if it's the same case, they weren't talking serious jail time - calling most of his crimes minor misdemeanors (which figures as animals are considered property). Of course, that does depend on the "value" of the animal. But I remember being surprised he wasn't being charged with attempted murder or some such during the commitment of a robbery - but then, I'm not an attorney.

Apparently, he told his sister he shot the horse "just for fun."
