I've always kind of wondered what kind of money tickling producers make. Are any tickling producers willing to let me know?

Do you make enough money to make a career out of what you are doing? As in, you make tickling videos and don't have another job.

Just curious.

I would think, like any business i really depends on if you have a core competency that other companies don't. I mean if you were to start a tickling business today i drought you would turn a profit for a year or so.

At best I would say maybe an extra thousand or two a year. It's not exactly a mass media market, unfortunately.

It really depends on how good the producer is , if he or she offers variaty in the clips and its not the same thing over and over they could make quite a hefty amount of cash . Look at Tickle Abuse that IMO is the standard that clips should be held to

5 bucks a clip*10,000 viewers = a revenue of 50k. It would depend on your marketing, but you need a lot of viewers. To bad I am a guy, i have thought it would be fun to make tickling vids of myself and sell them, but no ones pays to see guys tickled.

when I first hooked up with clips for sale I was making 4 to 600 a month but after a while anybody with a cam called themselves a producer so where I was paying for models and putting up 1 vid a day I ended up needing more and more just to keep up. the competition is so great now I would say if your not in the top 50 you would need to put up like 25 to 30 a day just to stay on the first page. With all the so called producers who have like one person there in partners with it costs them nothing to keep pumping out bad vids and making it hard for the ones paying for real models to keep up plus with all the bad vids out there everyone is very hesitant to spend money on them. My sites were starting to make it when clips for sale came along and literally buried me and I ended up loosing money trying to keep up sites. Most small time producers like myself packed it in and now it's mostly commercial meaning it became a solely money making thing.

For a female producer, they have a HUGE advantage over the rest of us male producers. Heck, they can have their own cam shows and just pull in nothing but profit. For the rest of us guys, it can be a struggle, especially starting a store now.

Not only do you have a saturated market (with a small audience of people into tickling who may or may not share your taste), but the recession has taken a toll on my sales as well. I've noticed a big drop off in sales the last few months with all the doom and gloom on the news. It's kept me from hiring new models, and reusing the ones I know will make money and have proven themselves.

It's better if you have another job in addition to your producing job. That way you're not stressed over sales; especially since clips4sale only pays once a month.
