I'm going to be visiting a friend soon who I think has a passion for tickling. Her friend tells me she likes to tickle guys when she has a crush on them. I have a girlfriend so I can't be too flirty, but I wanted to know if anyone had any ideas on how to draw a tickle from her, especially on the feet? Or does anyone have any good ideas on how to start a tickle fight casually? Obviously this is kind of an age old problem for people, but I wondering if anyone knew things that worked really well.

Just because she likes to tickle guys doesn't mean that she is a ticklephile. Tickling is a common form of flirtation. A girl might tickle a guy so that he tickles back. Then, she falls over, he climbs on top of her, and they make the babies. . .
I'm also a little concerned that you have a girlfriend, and yet are trying to get tickles out of a female friend. I don't want this to turn into a whole "what's cheating and what's not" debate, but if you have a tickling fetish that corresponds with sex, then looking for tickles outside your relationship could lead to problems.
To answer your actual question, if you're really looking for an innocent tickle, make sure your feet (since that's the body part you're interested in) are in prime pouncing position. If she's truly a fan of tickling, she'll likely find them hard to resist.

I suggest talking to her and steering the conversation to an anecdote about a time somebody tickled you like crazy or a girlfriend who used to frequently tickle you.

ok... here is an amazing excuse for 'tickles' that i came up with randomly one day which helps seek out ticklephilies very well...
ask her how her day was (in the hope she asks u in return)
and when she does
say it was alright apart from something really cringey (english young generation term for dissgusting) happened
(hopefully she'l ask you what?)
and you say you got tickle by your GUY mates and that you really ticklish and hate being tickled by GUYS (stress the male part a lot)
and you see where the rest is going....
