Work on the white and relatively thinner skin at the cavity. It is a sensitive area but yiu should be a bit rough. Instead of gentle soft touches scratchings should be prefered

tickling ability when tickling feet, is so important for my belief for instance i can be so ticklish when someone tickles my feet but on the other hand i can have even no reaction when someone else tickles my feet. between the toes can be more effective

In order to make the ticklee totally defenseless for the intensification of the tickling you musnt let her curling her toes. You have to push the toes back with your hand. It Will make the skin more sensitive the ticklee more vulnerably and also she will spent effort to curl them when the torture intensifes even if both of you knows that it is useless for the poor ticklee but if you know your job this helplessly made useless effort will help you to explore weak points and to determine right pressure to be applied in each spot

Its definitely all about technique. Every foot is different. Start off with light stroking , perhaps with 1 fingernail and judge from the there the response. Add intensity as needed but slowly. Same goes if you want to use tools. There more to it then just clawing wildly at a foot or just driving a brush across a sole

Do some things that you like. Pay attention and watch for things that your partner responds to or likes. It is literally different strokes for different folks.
