How to Use Hand Tool on Flash.

I was checking the buttons on flash today and realised that the hand tool is pretty useless........

Im sure its used for somthing, but i dont see the point.
anywho it resulted in this drawing so it wasnt a total loss.
done in about 15 min.
good ol' Flash.

Ximon specializes in furmale tickling - if that's what you were referring to...

He used to do female ticklers every once and awile; but that's fallen by the wayside in recent years. So if m/m isn't your thing, I'd suggest you shy away.

you just use it to move the screen around......thats about it.
