This is just a heads up that Heather Locklear and Nikki Ziering are coming in sometime this week on Howards radio show
You know the drill!
 
Heather has been on there before, and refused to let Stern tickle her, saying that "She's too ticklish, and didnt want to cry on national TV. This is posted in the ticklish celebs section I believe. As for Nikki Zering, I'd love to see her tickled. Hopefully it can happen.

Is it me, or did Heather not seem ticklish on the Jay Leno show that time?

there is only one solution, lets open the flood gates and email the show asking to use the tickle chair!
