Who is this guy? He seems to have the right idea and is the luckiest guy in the world tickling Pam Andersons feet! Damn Envy! If anybody can provide clips of that especially and him tickling any other female celebs it would make me eternally grateful.

Where have you been buddy? He's the "King of All Media" and the "King of All Tickling". Well, ok not really, but he has tickled a lot of beautiful women over the years on his radio show. Of course you will get a lot of people on this message board who will bitch about him and his tickling technique, but the bottom line is that his show is the only mainstream show where you have a chance each and every day to hear (and eventually see on the E! channel) beautiful women getting tickled.
