I saw an episode with the "Robospanker" or whatever, and it is a bondage horse!!! Thats amazing, Add a strap to strap their ankles in and you have a full blown tickle chair, which allows excellent access to the armpits, feet, and sides, back of the legs...etc..Its PERFECT!!!

Yeah but we all know Howard only seems to tickle there sides and nowhere else sadly, he should know when to try other places.
