Basically, it's an IM service but it offers much, much more! What you do is you form groups with friends and family and you basically share (what you designate) on your computer. It becomes a p2p file-sharing thing but you'll always know who your downloading from. What's good about this is that there will be no uploading necessary, no waiting whatsoever and no bandwidth or limitations. What's even better is that people can even STREAM things from you. And it's only folders that you WANT to share. You don't give a person total access to your computers. Just the people in your group. Sound simple? Check out these pics:

Here's how it might go down:
EX.
- Bob, Betty, Bertha and Barry want to share clips, pics, stories etc
- Bob creates a group and the rest join
- Bob grants access to files in a specific folder to Betty, Bertha and Barry
- Betty, Bertha and Barry are much happier people
- Bob is happy too because he can benefit from all three of them!
