This was pure luck, I was flipping through the channels, and came across the home shopping network and saw some feet in the camera, so of course I stopped,6 or 7 seconds later, I saw a foot tickle.
Toni Bratton was on showing sea secrets, a foot scrub, and when I turned to it, she was holding the models foot where you could see the bottom. Then she said "look at the pads of her feet". She started rubbing the balls of the models feet and the models foot kinda squirmed and then Toni said in a real high-pitched voice "Tickle Tickle" and scratched the models arch. I couldn't see the models face, but she wiggled her foot pretty good. Like I said I got lucky, I cut it on just in time. This happened like Friday night(7-11).
