Humiliation?

Do you enjoy it when being tickled? Do you enjoy inflicting it upon others whom you are tickling? Why? Personally I find this to fall into an S&M category, and not for me. I'm against making anyone uncomfortable in any way. But I've noticed that it's expanded upon frequently in all kinds of tickling media. I'm not talking about public tickling, you only need one person present in order to be humiliated.

I'm not at all into the humiliation aspect of things, either. I enjoy tickling for pure fun and the affection it shows. Throwing in some good natured verbal teasing is fun too. Light bondage is necessary to protect the ler (and often the lee too). But, I don't like getting rough, adding pain or putting people down and really making fun of them. Adding that kind of stuff kills the enjoyment for me.

Is it humiliation? It may seem like it, but in the context of consensual play, it is just fun for both ler and lee.

Well said Ann.

Humiliation is not a goal. My GF and I trust each other and honor that trust. We both play as lee and ler and the lee is always in control. Any sign of discomfort on the part of the lee suspends play until the safety and comfort of the lee is verified.
