Don't know the answer to that but I hope it's true because my wife is not ticklish at all.
I've seen a few people post here who say its possible and perhaps it is.The effects i think would be short lasting at best,and something best left to professionals in the field.Don't try this at home.😉

I have been and am trying this at home, and it is working VERY well... So i guess it depends upon whether you're susceptible to hypnosis

http://www.hypno-files.com/modules.php?name=Files&file=index&FileType=0 scroll down to file entitled "train ticklish" give it a whirl and see what you wind up with.... if it has a slight effect on you, consider investing the $ it takes to make your own custom file up, and have it say anything you want to be hypnotized into believing ALL THE TIME...(you wouldn't even believe MINE!.....)

my wife has undergone hypnosis to increase her ticklishness.
it works!
to anna 6-9, yes you can get what you want.
the key to hypnosis, is to want it to work. the more you believe, or want the end result, the more effective the hypnosis sugestion will be.

Yes, yes, YES! Exactly what I'm saying!! I am even more nervous thinking about NEST next year, since I am now SO much more ticklish, I even might not go!! j/k, "Wild Horses couldn't drag me away!" I'll be there.

called tickletorture - it is supposed to put u in a trance, and make u feel/remember being tickled for an hour. It did work somewhat, but only for a few minutes. I've had hypno-therapy in the past, for a speech problem, so it may have helped the suggestion work on me. I put it in my ipod, and used headphones, and did feel some tickling/ and was laughing pretty hard, but when I started to run out of breath, it kinda wore off. may work longer over time. just an fyi - I was really surprised/pleased with it.
