It's happening again. I seem to have done a good job of clarifying the fact that I'm not a lesbian, and those messages have slowed considerably.

However, now I'm getting messages from guys seeking women to hook up with for tickling. It's almost funny, but not quite. This evening I had emails and a pissed off instant message from guys who were literally angry at me because they soemhow thought I was a woman.

If anyone has suggestions for a signature file or something I could add to my profile that would make this clearer, I'd appreciate it.

Heh, you have some pretty bad luck... if it isn't girls after you it is the guys, and both think that you a lady. That is pretty bad, but it is kinda humorous, in an ironic sort of way.

Hmmm, maybe I should annocence that I am not, nor have I ever been a girl either.

Thanks for the replies. It's actually a funny problem (it would be funnier if it hadn't happened so much of late), but I would like to get it resolved so I'd stand a better chance of meeting someone compatible for tickling or whatever.

I'll probably follow your advice and modify my signature. The way it is right now isn't bold enough for people to see. Thanks again for the replies.

People tend to think I'm a guy, too. Either that or they're not sure. Not sure is okay with me considering I don't the femininist of names. I do find it interesting that you signature says "im a male from chicago looking for women" LOL Did you just add that since this became a problem or has it always been there??

I added that tagline after I had so many problems with people thinking I'm a lesbian. Ironically, it hasn't worked. Just last night a new trend formed with guys writing to me and getting pissed off that I'm not a woman. It's just goofy, and I only posted here because I thought I could get some creative ideas for resolving this once and for all.
