Well,if you don't like to use medication,you can use a netti pot.There are many different ones to choose from and they work well.

That's what I have Claritin-D for. My allergies plague me regardless of whether or not I'm inside. Once I build/buy a new laptop, I'll spend much more time outside. 😀
