I don't know what my mood is.....

If you have mixed anxiety and depression, ask your doctor about amitryptilline, which is cheaper and probably safer than Prozac or any of the other SSRI's. Nonetheless, it's never a good idea to stop taking your medication suddenly unless your doctor or pharmacist tells you that it's OK.
 
Odd thing is, if you don't take the medication the way it's prescribed to you, if you randomly stop taking it, or if it's just not working for you, it can affect your moods and way of thinking to where the irrational seems rational.

Not speaking to your doctor before going off the medication is not rational.
