I had read somewhere on Yahoo! News that Ghandi police are using tickle torture as means of making criminals confess.....they methodically tickle their armpits until they are tired from laughing and supposedly they tell the cops what they wanted to know....one guy not only gave up his info needed, but where his accomplices were....now tell me the coppers aren't getting really smart as to how to make their prisoners talk....
