I have no idea about my father's ticklishness, or anyone in his family. As for my mom, I only tickled her once in my life, as I recall, she was moderately ticklish.
As Iam very to extremely ticklish, I think that I probably get it from my maternal grandmother, and one of my aunts, both of whom are/were extremely ticklish. When I was younger, like pre teen years, I tickled my aunt's feet once or twice, and she went ballistic. I recall my grandmother telling me once that if my grandfather so much as accidently touched her foot while in bed, say with his foot, it would make her jump a mile in the air. She claimed to be extremely ticklish, even in her 70s.
So, for me, I would say I probably get my ticklishness from my maternal grandmother, and one of my maternal aunts.

same here i have no idea if either or were ticklish, and rats i cant ask them now. sniffs. but my sister is super ticklish.

but she is type o blood and i'm type A hmm dad was ab positive and mom was o. i heard that you cant produce an O blood type child with AB and O positive parents. not sure what this has to do with tickling, but since my sister is as or more ticklish than i am and she has a different blood type i thought i would throw it out there lol

I really dont know. i am the most ticklish person in my family so it must be a trait inherited from an ancestor i havent met. But like my username says I am extremely ticklish and would love to know where this comes from.

Hi i dated a gal a while back and her mom like her was insanely ticklish all over but her mom's feet were worse. They were both petite very good looking with nice bodies and narrow beautiful feet. The mom was a little over 60 and the daughter was in her 30s. They were English and italian and looked alot like Susan Lucci. I tickled the both of them real good, their reactions were memorable. Both! Both of my parents were explosively ticklish and both hated being tickled.
