I Assume You Refer To PayPal, jordan...
PayPal is not exactly an online checking account, jordan. It functions as a linkage to your existing checking account whereby you can make "point of sale" style transactions which rival a credit card, in terms of service committment and flexibility. You are ALWAYS the one in control of the fund balance you wish to allocate to PayPal after making the intial transaction (say, with extremetickling.com, for example).
Still, if you want to do business specifically in the manner you described in your post, you will have to contact
Uncle Steve in order to find out if that is acceptable to him. The aforementioned link should pop up an outbound e-mail window for you with the correct destination e-mail address (as outlined by a link at the extremetickling.com site). Since
Uncle Steve is the site's owner it is, quite frankly, at his sole discretion and prerogative as to whether he is willing to transact with you in that manner. I simply have no idea whether he can accomodate you or not. Your best bet is to just write him and ask.
What I can tell you, is that there is an almost scholarly "database style" collection of tickling video clips there, indexed a few different ways (by company of origin, body part tickled, etc.), to make it VERY friendly to the subscriber, based on my own experience as a member there.
Happy tickling, jordan!
