I have a job and I'll be in NE for a week

Hi everyone.

So I have a job after 13 months of unemployment (no I'm not posting the company name here). I will be working in California still, but from Nov 30th until Dec 9th or 10th I will be in Omaha Nebraska. I had posted on the personals section. However, I know many don't go there often.

So... if you're local and want to hang out let me know. If there are enough of you to hold a weekend munch (not working the weekend) I'll see about posting something on the forum there.

Post here or message me. We can hang out social or play, either way is good. Play partners I am MORE picky about than social friends.

I don’t know why, but I always thought you owned some kick-ass bagel shop in Santa Clara which I thought eventually I would be able to visit with the Mrs. and a smirk on my face for knowing what the other customers didn’t.

Damnit! I got all excited thinking that you were coming to New England, and that would be a great excuse for a munch/party! 😉

Heh...not much to do in Nebraska in December. Take it from a native. 🙂

If you like basketball, I'm sure the Husker basketball teams, both men and women, will play sometime in that timespan, and Lincoln is only about an hour from Omaha. Depends on the weather if you'll want to make that trip. The Husker football team will most likely play on the first Saturday of December, but that game will be the Big XII championship in Dallas, so that's a no-go. I know I'll be living in the school library to finish off a massive archaeology paper that's due on the 6th for that week, so maybe you'll find something in Omaha that's more fun than that. 🙂 Good luck and travel safe, and enjoy your stay in our great state!
