Being thoughtful is fine sometimes but waiting for an answer can be frustrating. Bubbly is better. I vote #1.

I'm gonna have to go with thoughtful.

they're easier to hold a conversation with, even if it takes a while. I'm not in a rush. their answers are better most of the time, and they think things through so they don't say anything stupid that offends or hurts someone.

i selected option two. if a person (woman or man) is unable or unwilling to hold interesting and well thought out conversations with me, i tend to lose interest quickly. granted the addition of a ball gag to the conversationally challenged can sometimes make the situation tolerable short term, but then they become just a toy 🙁

Honestly, it just depends on the individual, and how they relate on a personal level. Also noting that one's public persona may be quite different from the private.
