I was bored so I decided to do this.
I heard Stimpy say tickle on Ren and Stimpy when I was watching the episode, "Who's Stupid Now?". It was the episode when Ren was going to be the fat one and Stimpy was going to be the skinny one. Well Stimpy said, "It sure does tickle." when that was in process. So I assume that he's ticklish. I also saw another episode called, "The Big Baby Scam." when Ren and Stimpy were babies. And Mr. Pipe tickled his belly kinda. So yeah, Stimpy is ticklish.
