Congratulations on your beloved Mountaineers winning the NIT,Melanie! I don`t really follow basketball( I`d rather wrestle and lose than play basketball and dribble in my shorts! ),but my friend has been saying WVU has been playing great ball,other than the Big East tournament.Good for them!

Don`t forget,until the NCAA evolved,the NIT was THE basketball tournament!

You are right...big deal. I didn't even know there were anymore college basketball games going on other than the teams playing in the REAL tourney. But I guess since your team won whatever it is they won...Congratulations. 🙄

There are actually 65 teams chosen for the NCAA College Basketball Tournament..The winner of that game completes the 64 teams that start the bracket..I just dont know what happens to the team that doesnt make it into the tourney..
