Okay, so....well here's the thing dude...while I'm not sure about the laws of incest when it comes to cousins, and it's obviously a personal choice...I just really tend to want to....strongly discourage you from this. When you say you're kind of incest...are you having sex with your cousin? Do you tickle her in a sexual way? Are you guys both comfortable having a sexual relationship? These are all very important questions you have to ask yourself and her. This is WAY different than "should I tell my girlfriend" because with a girlfriend, the sexual potential of the relationship is implied. With a cousin, however, the sexual potential of the relationship is implied to be ZERO. So make sure she's on the same page as you are about this. If you're both interested in pursuing a sexual relationship with eachother, than check out the laws before you get into it.
